EL5525IRE Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 18 outputs. The rectifier regulator is conveniently packaged in 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tube packages. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 0.5V~14.95V. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Converter, TFT LCD and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 4.5V~16.5V. 38 terminals are present on the electronic component.
