9112BM-17LFT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.97V~5.5V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~70°C.
