The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C is higher. 2.8V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. Check out IDT90E32 for more similar parts. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2.8V 3.6V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. There is a 25mA device on the market.
