Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 307.2MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as there are 2.375V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. It's compatible with LVPECL logic levels. This clock generator is a member of FemtoClock? NG series.
