In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 212MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.375V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This clock generator is a member of FemtoClock? NG series.
