Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 625MHz.
