This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
