The clock divider is packaged in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad case. It is packaged as a Tray. In normal operation, 2GHz is the maximum value. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount. A classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer is assigned to this electronic part. Set the temperature to -40°C~85°C for reliable performance.
