Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. Using 8 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1GHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test.
