8731CY-01LFT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 48-LQFP package is this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, SSTL.
