70V28L15PFI Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Volatile is considered to be its memory type. It is available in a case with a Tray shape. The file is embedded in a 100-LQFP case. There is 1Mb 64K x 16 of memory on the chip. The device uses a mainstream SRAM-format memory. Due to its wide temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device is well suited to a wide range of applications that require high performance. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 3V~3.6V. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount.
