7015L35J8 Overview
Volatile is its memory type. The case comes in the Tape & Reel (TR) style. In the case of 68-LCC (J-Lead), it is embedded within the case. The chip has an 72Kb 8K x 9 memory. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses SRAM-format memory. 0°C~70°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. There is a voltage range of 4.5V~5.5V for the supply voltage. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type.
