It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 200MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here.
