23S08-2HDCGI Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133.3MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. CMOS, LVTTL is designed for clock generator's output.
