2309-1HDCG Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 133MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's output.
