2308-1HDCG8 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
