2305MI-1LF Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, TTL logic.
