In order to facilitate voltage regulators' transportation, the harley voltage regulator is packaged in 32-TQFP Exposed Pad shape.The package Tray is ready to be shipped out.There are total of 4 outputs that are supported by voltage regulator.To avoid malfunctioning of the voltage regulator, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.In addition to its 4.4V output voltage, it can be used for a wide range of applications.This regulator requires input voltage ≥ 2.5V.It is possible for this voltage regulator to use a maximum voltage of 5.5V.It is designed to produce the maximum amount of current 150mA possible.The mount has a Surface Mount that can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.
