RAA230405GFT#BA0 Overview
In order to make voltage regulators' voltage regulators' transportation easier, it is packaged in 32-TQFP Exposed Pad.The shipment of package Tray has been completed.There are total of 4 outputs that are supported by voltage regulator.To prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.A 32 pattern is used for this voltage regulator's pin arrangement.The output voltage of 4.4V makes it suitable for a variety of applications.For this regulator, input voltage must be multiplied by 2.5V.voltage regulators of this type can use voltages up to 5.5V.As part of the 32-TQFP (7x7) package, this harley voltage regulator is supplied.The mount has a Surface Mount that can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.It will not work at temperatures lower than -40°C.Using higher temperatures than 85°C is not recommended.
