ACT8936 Overview
It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .It is packaged the power management in 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method facilitates easy adaptation.It targets applications such as Processor and others.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C .As a result, this power management is powered by 2.7V~5.5V voltage.It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 420μA volts.It comes from ActivePath?, ActivePMU? .
