Using Cut Tape (CT) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad .The Surface Mount mounting method facilitates easy adaptation.It is intended to be used at Processor as well as for other applications.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C .This power management uses 2.5V~5.5V voltage for work.It is recommended that the power ic's supply current be conducted at 65μA .It comes from ActivePath?, ActivePMU? .
