Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.It is packaged the power management in 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .This power management targets at Processor and other applications.Ideally, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid any malfunctions.2.7V~5.5V voltage is used for the operation of this power management.In order for the power ic to work correctly, its supply current must be conducted at 420μA .The manage ics are based on the ActivePath?, ActivePMU? series.
