It is suitable for general RF Antennas when it is set to Surface Mount.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the RF modulator.In most RF ic designs, it is qualified as a Surface Mount.Shipping overseas is convenient due to the RF ic's packing in CSMD.The RF Antennas should operate at -40°C degrees according to test statistics.In an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C, the RF Antennas should not operate.
