TOP412G-TL Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SMD, Gull Wing package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 120kHz.
