LXA03B600 Overview
An acceptable reverse voltage would be 600V.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 3A volts.In addition to its primary function, this electronic or electrical device generates no heat.Forward current may not exceed 3A.Surge currents can be used up to 23A.There is no maximum output current when the value is 3A.As indicated by the data chart in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 250μA.
