IHD260NT1 Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 36-DIP Module, 24 Leads is used.A packaging method of Tray is used.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 14V~16V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.This gate driver belongs to the SCALE?-1 series.
