MN1382RP Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -20°C~70°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. You can always use MN138*, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
