MN13822QP Overview
This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -20°C~70°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output CMOS Inverted as the output voltage. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
