MN13821SDP Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -20°C~70°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
