MN13821DP Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -20°C~70°C TA degrees. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
