MN1381SSU Overview
A Tape & Box (TB) package is used to package the power management. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Through Hole mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -20°C~70°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use MN138*, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
