Power management is packaged in a Tape & Box (TB) way. Please find attached TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Through Hole is the one that mounts power management. Mounting type Through Hole is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -20°C~70°C TA. Power management has an output of CMOS Inverted during operation. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MN138*, the base power ics number.
