PFS154-S08 Description
These hex buffers and drivers feature high-voltageopen-collector outputs to interface with high-levelcircuits or for driving high-current loads. They arealso characterized for use as buffers for driving TTLinputs. The SN74LS07 devices have a rated outputvoltage of 30 V. The maximum sink current is 40 mA.
