UMC5NT2G Description
The Bias Resistor Transistor (BRT) consists of a single transistor and a base-emitter resistor and series base resistor monolithic bias network. The purpose of these digital transistors is to swap out a single component along with its external resistor bias network. By combining these separate elements into a single unit, the BRT eliminates them. The SOT353 package, which is excellent for low power surface mount applications when board space is at a premium, houses two complimentary BRT devices in the UMC2NT1G series.
