TND323VD-TL-E Overview
Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.The interface IC of the device is HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 25V.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.
