TF252-5-TL-H Description
TF252-5-TL-H is a 20V N-channel JFET. An N-Channel JFET is a JFET whose channel primarily comprises electrons as the charge carrier. This means that when the transistor is turned on, it is primarily the movement of electrons that constitutes the current flow. It is made with an N-type silicon channel containing 2 P-type silicon terminals on either side. The gate lead is connected to the p-type terminals, while the drain and source leads are connected to either end of the N-type channel.
