TCP-5082UA-DT Overview
A frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz is used to operate RF modulator.Due to the enhanced 3-XFBGA, WLCSP package, this RF IC is excellent .The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.
