RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz.RF ICs with enhanced 6-VFDFN packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 6 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.6-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be at least -30°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
