SFH9154 Description

SFH9154 is a 150V P-Channel through-hole power MOSFET in a TO-3P package. This SFH9154 Power MOSFET offers the optimum combination of quick switching, ruggedized device design, and low ON-resistance to the designer. In order to meet the criteria of most safety regulations, SFH9154 has a longer creepage distance between pins.
