SCV303LSN27T1 Overview
In this IC management you will find SOT-23-5 functions for you to refer to. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 800mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts in this IC power. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 500nA is the recommended value. The power management monitors 1 inputs at once.
