200V is a reasonable reverse voltage.This device has an average rectified current of 3A volts.An unwanted side effect of this electronic or electrical device is that it produces 2.6W heat.Forward current is allowed to reach a value of zero.Having a current rating of 3A, it can carry an indefinite amount of current without deterioration.Surge currents can be used up to 100A.In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 5μA, as indicated by the data chart.
