RURG8060 Overview
An appropriate reverse voltage is 600V.There is an average rectified current of 80A volts for this device.Electronic or electrical devices produce heat as unwelcome byproducts of their primary functions.A forward current of 80A is allowed.Its current rating is 80A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Phase diode rectifier is possible to use a surge current of maximum value 800A.Datasheets indicate that the peak reverse is 250μA.
