A reverse voltage of 400V is reasonable.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 1A volts.During its primary action, this device produces no heat.When the forward current reaches 1A, it is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 1A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Objects or materials' thermal resistance values are based on how much heat they resist when exposed to a given temperature difference, and their natural thermal resistance is 50 °C/W.Surge currents can be used up to 30A.This device can deliver a value of 15pF depending on the capacitance.As indicated by the data chart in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 5μA.
