RC1587M15 Description
RC1587M15 is a low dropout linear regulator with 3A output current capability. It is specifically designed for low-voltage applications requiring transient response and minimum input voltage. Specified output current and controlled short-circuit current is ensured by trimming the current limit. Overload and ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperatures can be prevented by on-chip thermal limiting.
