PZT3906 Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 10mA 1V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -400mV.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 400mV @ 5mA, 50mA.Emitter base voltages of -5V can achieve high levels of efficiency.This device has a current rating of -200mA which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 250MHz.Input voltage breakdown is available at 40V volts.A maximum collector current of -200mA volts can be achieved.
