PN2222ATAR Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 150mA 10V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V allows maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1V @ 50mA, 500mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 6V allows for a high level of efficiency.Its current rating is 1A, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 1A volts.
