NSV45025AT1G Overview
There is an inclusion of buck boost converter in the package Tape & Reel (TR).In the same manner as SOD-123, voltage regulator is packaged.Current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.The operating temperature should not exceed -55°C~150°C.The input voltage of 45V is supported as an input voltage.Surface Mount is responsible for mounting this current regulator.With its high output current, 25mA is capable of offering maximum design flexibility.This type of FPGA is found in the Automotive, AEC-Q101 series.
