NLA16T245DTR2G Overview
Logical driver uses a neat TSSOP package. Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging. 48 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V. Electronic parts from the 16T family are used in this part. 48 pins are set with the electric part. Enhanced with 2 ports. The digital buffer starts up under COMMON CONTROL control technology. It is recommended to use a 1.5/3.3V power supply. It is generally sold in TAPE AND REEL package. To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 0.9V is a must. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. The high limit of ambient temperature for transceiver is 115°C. The bottom temp to go with the electronic parts should be -55°C.
