There is greater flexibility with the 32-TQFP Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 6 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.75V~5.25V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver consists of 32 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Gate drivers in this series are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, FLEXMOS? series.
