NCV51400MWTXG Description
The NCV51400MWTXG is a source/sink Double Data Rate (DDR) termination regulator designed for low input voltage and low noise systems where space is limited. The NCV51400MWTXG has a fast transient response and requires only a 20 F minimum output capacitance. The NCV51400MWTXG has a remote sensing function and meets all DDR VTT bus termination power requirements. The NCV51400MWTXG is also suitable for use in low-power chipsets and graphics processor cores requiring dynamically adjustable output voltages.
